Account Manager
Location: Castleford/Hybrid
£28,000 - £30,000 + strong commission scheme
Elevation Recruitment are looking for an Account Manager who loves building relationships and growing what’s already working.
This isn’t a cold-calling, door-knocking role. You’ll be focused on our existing customer base - strengthening partnerships, spotting opportunities, and helping clients get more value from the IT solutions they distribute.
If you’re commercially sharp, organised, and good at turning "happy customers" into "high-growth customers," this could be one for you!
What You’ll Be Doing * Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts
*Building strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers
*Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the portfolio
Skills & Requirements:
* A tenacious, ambitious individual who loves working within a collaborative team environment
* IT experience would be great but not essential
* A track record of growing accounts through strong relationship building skills
