Employee Relations Specialist - Must Be French Speaking
Location: London Bridge (Highly flexible hybrid working - ad-hoc office visits)
Pay: £19.50-£23 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
Contract: Temporary, minimum 6 months (potential to become permanent)
Language requirement: Fluent French and English

You’ll play a key role in managing complex casework, advising leaders, and improving workplace culture in a truly international environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Partner with HR Business Partners and Legal to assess, triage, and resolve a variety of ER matters.
*Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on disciplinaries, grievances, performance, restructures, and policy interpretation.
*Lead or support robust and impartial ER investigations.
*Analyse ER data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
*Contribute to ER policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Support French-speaking employees and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, fairness, and consistent communication.

*Strong background in Employee Relations with solid EMEA employment law understanding.
*Proven experience managing complex and sensitive ER cases end-to-end.
*Fluent French speaker with excellent communication skills.
*Confident stakeholder partner able to influence at all levels.
*Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret ER trends.
