Job Description:
Master TechnicianSalary: £38,000 Basic | OTE £60,000–£65,000
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Hours: Monday – Friday (Saturday rota if applicable)
The OpportunityWe are working with a well-established and high-performing dealership seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic capabilities who is looking to maximise earnings and play a key role within the team.
Key Responsibilities*Carrying out advanced diagnostics, fault finding and complex repairs
*Working to manufacturer standards and guidelines
*Supporting and mentoring other Technicians within the workshop
*Ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity
*Completing warranty repairs accurately and within agreed timeframes
*Maintaining detailed and accurate job records
*Contributing to workshop performance targets and KPIs
Requirements*Fully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)
*Master Technician accreditation (or working towards)
*Proven diagnostic and electrical fault-finding experience
*Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technology
*Ability to work independently and within a team
*Full UK Driving Licence
What’s On Offer*£38,000 basic salary
*OTE up to £65,000 (uncapped potential depending on performance)
*Ongoing manufacturer training and development
*Supportive management and strong workshop structure
