Aspire People is seeking experienced but unqualified individuals who have supported pupils in primary classrooms and are ready to continue their school career.

Responsibilities:

Supporting class teachers in delivering lessons

Providing 1:1 and small group support

Assisting with phonics, literacy, and numeracy sessions

Supporting behaviour management strategies

Helping to maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements:

Recent experience working in a primary school

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Reliable, proactive, and adaptable

Passionate about supporting children’s education
