Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a well established organisation based in York on a initial 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who can hit the ground running and confidently support the across the accounts team.
The Role:
*Assist with the purchase ledger process
*Assist with the sales ledger process
*Bank & statement reconciliations
*Assist with the month/year end process
*Ad hoc administration to support the wider business
About You:
*Proven experience within a finance position
*Strong technical ability
*Proactive and detail orientated
*Studying or recently finished AAT
*Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
*Available immediately to start
