Our client is offering the successful Lettings Valuer:
*Competitive basic salary
*Up to £45,000 OTE (Uncapped)
*Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
*33 days paid holiday

*5-day working week
The Role
As a Lettings Valuer, you will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings department. Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing expert advice to landlords to help them achieve the best possible return on their investment
*Winning new instructions and converting valuations into listings and lets
*Generating new business and identifying growth opportunities
*Working closely with your team to market and showcase properties effectively
*Building strong relationships with solicitors, lenders and other industry professionals
*Supporting the Lettings Manager in motivating and driving team performance
*Staying up to date with local market trends and legislation
To be considering for the Lettings Valuer role, you must have:
*Proven track record of winning instructions and securing lets
*Target-driven, motivated and commercially aware
*Confident working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
*Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
*Professional, proactive and customer-focused
*Full UK driving licence required
