German-Speaking Administrator (Wakefield | Immediate Start)
Exciting opportunity! We are recruiting on behalf of our key client in Wakefield for a German-Speaking Administrator to join their busy and friendly team. This is an immediate start.
This is a fully office-based role (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) and would suit someone with strong administrative skills, excellent email management, and exceptional attention to detail.
Because you’ll be updating key information within contracts written in German and liaising with external German-speaking clients, fluency in German (written & verbal) is essential.
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will:
*Manage multiple inboxes and respond professionally to enquiries.
*Accurately enter data into central systems and Excel spreadsheets.
*Liaise with partners to arrange travel bookings in line with company policy (full training provided).
*Manage air, train, and bus bookings, including alternative arrangements where needed.
*Oversee registration sites, delegate amendments, and ensure all travel/accommodation data is correct.
*Produce weekly reports and support visa request processes.
*Distribute e-tickets and handle all final communications.
*Record and monitor ticket pricing for reconciliation.
*Communicate with external German-speaking clients and update contractual details in German.
Required Skills & Experience:
*Fluent German (written and verbal) – essential.
*Minimum 2 years’ office experience.
*Strong communication skills and ability to manage high email volumes.
*Excellent attention to detail, particularly with names, addresses, and contractual data.
*Confident MS Office user, especially Excel.
*Ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment.
