M4 Recruitment is currently seeking experienced & newly passed Class 2 Multi-Drop Drivers on behalf of our client, a well-established national distribution company based in Hemel Hempstead.

Role Details
*Location: Hemel Hempstead
*Start Time: 05:00am
*Days: Monday to Friday
*Average Shift Length: 10 hours per day
*Pay Rate: £18.07 per hour
*Overtime paid after 50 hours per week
The Role
As part of a dedicated delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering rolls of carpet to stores and storage facilities. The role involves an average of 10–15 drops per day and always requires a professional and customer-focused approach.
Candidate Requirements
*Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
*Minimum of 2 years’ HGV Class 2 driving experience preferred but not essential
*Maximum of 3 minor penalty points (no major endorsements)
*Proven multi-drop delivery experience (essential)
*Physically fit and capable of handling heavy goods
*Good command of written and spoken English
*Strong literacy and numeracy skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude
*Reliable and able to commit to Monday–Friday work on an ongoing basis
Previous experience in a similar distribution role would be advantageous.
