Family Associate/Senior Associate – Legal 500 Firm
London
Embark on an exciting journey as a Family Associate at a Legal 500 firm, where you’ll thrive in a dynamic, high-net-worth environment. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of £50,000–£90,000, alongside a flexible hybrid working pattern (4 days from home, 1 day in a city office).
The Role:
*Work closely with a team of experienced legal professionals to deliver exceptional service to a discerning client base
*Manage complex family law matters with confidence, discretion, and empathy
*Build strong, lasting client relationships while providing tailored legal solutions
*Maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Preferred Requirements:
*Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in family law, with a strong track record of success
*Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build trust quickly
*Calm, professional approach when handling complex and sensitive matters
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Collaborative mindset, working effectively within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
*Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
*Strong technical knowledge of family law
*Commitment to continuous professional development
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
