We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer & Surveyor in the Hemel Hempstead area to join a growing, well-established business. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in furniture or big-box sales who are looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver complete kitchen design solutions as a Kitchen Designer & Surveyor

* Conduct accurate on-site surveys across Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas

* Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly

* Provide expert advice on layouts, materials, and finishes

* Combine design expertise with a commercially focused sales approach

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer & Surveyor

* Experience undertaking site surveys

* Strong customer-facing and communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Experience in furniture or big-box sales highly desirable

Package & Hours:
* Salary £30,000–£33,000

* Bonus structure £20,000–£25,000

* Hours: Monday–Friday 07:30–17:00, Saturday 08:00–12:00 (46 hours per week)
