Job Description:
We are looking for an Occupational Health Administrator to provide vital support within a busy occupational health service In the Plymouth area. As the first point of contact for staff accessing the service, you’ll deliver exceptional customer care while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Occupational Health Administrator: What you’ll do:
*Provide reception and administrative support to the Occupational Health clinical team
*Manage telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
*Coordinate diaries, appointments, and booking systems
*Support clinical staff with administrative tasks and stock management
*Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate record-keeping
Occupational Health Administrator: What we’re looking for:
*Proven admin/reception experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with attention to detail and multitasking ability
*Confident IT skills (MS Office, Teams, booking systems)
*Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
Hours & Benefits of the Occupational Health Administrator role:
*Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (2 weeks 8am–4pm, 1 week 4pm–12pm)
*£24,000 per annum
*25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
