*Delphi
*C# / .NET
*SQL
*Exposure to financial or fintech software is a big advantage
What You’ll Do
*Build and maintain core applications and supporting services
*Work across the full SDLC with strong engineering standards
*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
*(Senior roles) Mentor junior developers and take technical ownership
*(Senior roles) Lead by example and contribute to architectural decisions
What You Bring
*Solid experience with Delphi, C#, and SQL
*Ideally a technical degree or equivalent experience
*Background in fintech or financial systems is highly desirable
*Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach
*Leadership or mentoring experience for senior positions
