Job Description:
Sales Support Administrator
*Job Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover for approx 9 to 12 months)
*Location: Kidderminster
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to join our hotline machinery service team at our head office. This role is crucial for maintaining our service excellence during a maternity leave period. The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks to support our sales operations and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Inputting sales orders onto the in-house ordering system.
*Handling telephone and email enquiries from customers and staff.
*Providing both verbal and written quotations to customers and staff based on Service Report recommendations.
*Following up on all written quotations to secure sales and log feedback.
*Progress chasing, informing customers of any delays, and managing overall customer care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*High computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
*Proven experience in accurate data entry.
*Strong mathematical and English skills.
*Demonstrated high standards of customer service.
*Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
*Good commercial awareness.
