Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you may be expected to:
*Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
*Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to reinforce learning
*Assist with behaviour management and ensure a positive learning environment
*Prepare learning materials and resources as directed by the teacher
*Support children with additional needs, providing individualised assistance
*Help with classroom organisation, displays, and tidying
*Supervise pupils during breaks, transitions, or off-site activities
*Provide pastoral support to pupils and help encourage positive social skills
*Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold school policies at all times
