The Role:
• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet diverse SEN needs
• Create an inclusive, supportive and engaging learning environment
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs and parents
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies to support pupil development
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor of Education or relevant degree with QTS
• Proven UK school-based experience
• Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
• Full-time availability
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Two references covering the last 24 months (academic, character or school-based)
