Job Description:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Afternoons Only - Stockport Area
Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a supportive and inclusive Primary School in the Stockport area who are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time, afternoon-only basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TA who is confident providing 1:1 support and managing challenging behaviour within a SEND setting.
Role Details:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant
* Afternoons only
* Monday to Friday
* Primary School setting
* Stockport area
Essential Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience working 1:1 with children with SEND
* Strong behaviour management skills, including supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
* Patient, resilient and proactive approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic progress, emotional regulation and social development, helping them to access learning in a safe and structured environment.
