Who We Are Looking For
You could be an excellent fit if you have the following qualities:
* Qualified Teacher Status or are close to achieving it
* Experience supporting learning within a Key Stage 1 or primary setting
* A positive, adaptable approach and strong communication skills
* A child-centred mindset and a passion for helping pupils thrive
* Motivation to deliver creative and engaging lessons
We also welcome individuals who do not currently hold QTS. Many roles across primary schools benefit from transferable skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children, so we would still love to hear from you.
