Job Description:
Up to £50,000 + 10% London Weighting + Quarterly Bonus | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office)
A highly regarded, privately owned Independent Financial Planning & Investment Management firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their Borehamwood office.
The business manages £5bn+ in client assets and has built an exceptional reputation for quality advice, strong technical standards, and low staff turnover. With continued growth and investment across the firm, this is an excellent opportunity to join a structured, well-resourced environment.
The RoleYou will provide technical support to Chartered Financial Planners and Financial Planners, ensuring high-quality advice delivery across complex client cases.
Responsibilities include:
*Drafting detailed suitability reports
*Building and maintaining cashflow models
*Conducting technical research and analysis
*Preparing recommendations across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning
*Liaising with advisers and administrators to ensure efficient case progression
Requirements*CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
*Minimum 2+ years’ paraplanning experience
*Strong technical knowledge and report writing capability
*Experience using cashflow modelling software
Package*Salary up to £50,000
*Quarterly performance bonus
*Hybrid working – 3 days in office (flexible to 2 days for the right candidate)
*28 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
