About the Role
You will handle all incoming client enquiries, provide accurate information about our legal services, and ensure every potential client receives a professional and welcoming experience. You will play an essential role in the firm’s growth by successfully nurturing and converting leads.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle incoming calls and online enquiries from prospective clients
*Understand client needs and clearly explain the firm’s legal services
*Convert enquiries into paying clients through strong communication and rapport-building
*Maintain excellent client care throughout the initial enquiry process
*Accurately log client information and follow internal procedures
*Meet and exceed conversion and performance targets
*Work closely with legal teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, sales, or client-facing role (legal industry experience is a bonus but not essential)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to convert leads into clients with confidence and professionalism
*Excellent telephone manner and active listening skills
*High level of organisation and attention to detail
*Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
*Positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude
