Customer Service Advisor, Darlington

£12 - £12.50 per hour
My client is a very well known name in the UK with its head office in Darlington. Due to growth and expansion they’re looking to recruit a customer service executive to join their team on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will be taking orders, bookings, dealing with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. The role is fast paced and lively - you’ll be dealing with all customer correspondence from phone, email, message and live chat.
This is such a lovely role for someone who is outgoing and likes to work in a busy environment with lots of noise!
Criteria:
Previous experience working within customer services
Contact centre background would be ideal, but not essential
Outgoing and confident personality
Excellent communication skills


This is a really lovely role for someone who enjoys customer contact. Whilst the role is only temporary, there may be permanent opportunities which arise going forward.
