Residential Property Solicitor | South Manchester | Cheshire | High-Value Conveyancing | Career Progression
Sacco Mann is delighted to be working with a highly reputable and well-established law firm in South Manchester / Cheshire to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join their successful and growing property team.
This is a standout opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to work on high-quality, high-value transactions rather than high-volume panel work. The firm has an excellent reputation and acts for high-net-worth clients across affluent areas, offering exposure to complex matters and genuine career progression.
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages, with a particular focus on higher-value and more complex transactions.
The Role:
* Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
* Handle high-value and complex residential property transactions
* Advise high-net-worth individuals and quality clients
* Work closely with a supportive and experienced property team
* Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor (or Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive considered)
* Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing
* Experience handling high-value or complex transactions is highly desirable
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ambitious, proactive, and career-driven
