Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Order Co-ordinator to join their growing team. You will oversee the full journey of each product from the beginning of the production process right through to final delivery to the customer site.

The RoleYou will track every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring accurate updates, smooth progress, and timely delivery. Clear communication and strong attention to detail are essential.
Key Duties Include:*Track product progress from production start to final delivery
*Provide step-by-step updates to internal teams and customers
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
*Manage order changes, transfers, delivery amendments, and reporting
*Liaise with logistics teams and customer-facing departments
*Support order processing during peak periods
*Escalate issues quickly and contribute to general admin/project tasks
