MI Analyst / Data Analyst
Liverpool | Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
Are you a data analyst who enjoys turning numbers into meaningful insight? A successful and fast-growing Liverpool-based organisation is looking for an MI Analyst / Data Analyst to join their friendly and collaborative IT team.
This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact projects, improve reporting across the business, and continue developing your technical and analytical skills in a supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing *Creating and improving MI reports that help the business make better decisions
*Working with SQL and Excel to extract, clean, and analyse data
*Building clear, insightful dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools)
*Collaborating with teams across the organisation to understand reporting needs
*Helping improve how data is structured, presented, and used
What we’re looking for *Around 2–3 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or MI Analyst role
*Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
*Solid SQL experience for querying and manipulating data
*Experience with Power BI or another data visualisation tool
*A good eye for detail and a logical, analytical mindset
*Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines
*Clear communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
