Conveyancing Assistant
Wakefield

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Wakefield that is looking to add a Conveyancing Assistant to its busy and growing residential property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous conveyancing experience who is looking to join a supportive firm with a strong local reputation and excellent long-term prospects.
The Role:You’ll be supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
*Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build transactions
Duties will include:
*Preparing legal documents and contracts
*Conducting searches and Land Registry applications
*Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
*Managing files and progressing transactions
