We are partnering with a well-established and growing financial services business seeking an experienced Collections Advisor to join their team. This is a hybrid opportunity offering three days working from home and two days in the office, alongside a supportive and structured environment.
Collections Advisor – The Benefits:

Collections Advisor – The Role:
*Managing inbound and outbound collections activity
*Engaging with customers in arrears to agree sustainable repayment plans
*Conducting affordability assessments
*Negotiating payment arrangements
*Ensuring all activity remains compliant with FCA regulations
*Maintaining accurate and detailed records
Collections Advisor – Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience within collections, arrears, or credit control
*Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
*Confident managing sensitive customer conversations
*Target-focused while maintaining a customer-first approach
*Financial services experience preferred
