Our client, a highly regarded lettings agency is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong people skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
*Be the first point of contact for lettings enquiries via phone, email, and in person
*Match tenants with available rental properties and arrange viewings
*Conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
*Accurately manage appointments using the diary system
*Maintain property listings on Rightmove and other marketing platforms
*Handle general office enquiries from landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Process tenancy applications, including references and paperwork
*Ensure all administrative and filing tasks are completed efficiently
*Order and track "To Let" and "Let By" boards
*Support the Lettings Manager with day-to-day operations and tenancy setups
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous lettings or estate agency experience is essnetial
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Well-presented and professional manner
*Organised, proactive, and confident multitasker
*Computer literate (Vebra or similar software experience a bonus)
*Full UK driving licence essential
