They are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their property management team.

Key Details :
*Ideally ARLA qualified or with a strong understanding of property legislation
*Small, close-knit team of 7; seeking the right personality to match our company culture
This role involves
*Property inspections,
*Check-ins, check-outs,
*Inventories, and other property management tasks —NOTtenancy agreement drafting
*Must be a driver and comfortable conducting inspections on-site
*Ideally located close to the office with good local knowledge
*Professional, personable, and capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members
What they Offer:
*Basic salary of £30,000 per annum (potential of earning commission upon completion of probation period)
Working hours:
*9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday
*9:00 am – 5:00 pm Friday,
*Alternate Saturdays 10:00 am – 3:00 pm (a day off in lieu will be provided)
*Mileage allowance at 45p per mile
*28 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
Requirements :
*Proven experience in property management within the Lettings industry is essential
*Familiarity with Alto CRM or similar systems
*Full UK driver’s license and use of own vehicle is essential
