The Role Our client continues to grow across all social media platforms which is super exciting.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat.
Protect and enhance the company’s online reputation.
Deliver a consistent, positive brand experience for every customer.
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset.
Calm, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using office software and customer service tools (CRM experience is a bonus).
A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
Providing clear, professional, and empathetic responses to customer queries.
This role is Monday-Friday!
