About the Role:
The Oxford office is seeking a Commercial Property Partner to take over legacy work and maintain key client relationships, particularly with university estates. This is a senior-level position offering a fixed share partnership with full autonomy and leadership responsibility.
Responsibilities:
*Lead on legacy commercial property matters, including high-value developers, investors, banks, major corporate occupiers and a number of public sector bodies to help them develop, manage and maintain the property portfolios
*Represent the firm in client-facing and stakeholder engagements
*Collaborate with other partners to drive strategic growth in the property practice
Salary & Benefits:
*£120,000 - £170,000
*Legacy client exposure with Oxford University and other prestigious estates
*Supportive, collegiate partnership culture focused on long-term development
*Opportunity to influence firm-wide property strategy
Ideal Candidate:
*Established background in commercial property law with a track record in high-value transactions
*Experience leading teams or supervising junior staff
*Strong client relationship management and business credibility
*Preferably trained or previously employed at a reputable regional or national firm
