Responsibilities
*Building and managing relationships with local authorities, government bodies, and public organisations
*Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre legal professionals into interim roles
*Developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships
*Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing to placement
*Becoming a market expert in public sector legal recruitment

*Basic salary £25,000 -£30,000 (depending on experience). You will join the commission scheme after 12 weeks, giving you the opportunity to earn an additional £10,000 - £20,000+ on top of your basic salary.
About You:
We’re looking for ambitious, driven and resilient individuals who want to build or grow a successful career in recruitment. You’ll be of graduate calibre, with at least 1-2 years’ full-time work experience, and motivated by success, progression and personal development.
You’ll be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and the organisation to manage tasks efficiently and independently. You’ll also thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, bring a proactive and commercially minded approach, and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
Previous experience in recruitment, sales or another client-facing role is a bonus, but not essential.
