Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Permanent/Full Time
Witham - 5 Days a week in the office

Our client, a reputable international B2B manufacturer located in Witham, is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with a strong eye for detail; natural relationship building skills and someone who thrives on providing top tier customer service to their clients.
You must have previous experience working within an office-based customer service role and be comfortable communicating with customers by telephone and email. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and be a natural problem solver whilst being highly organised. Experience within a manufacturing company a distinct advantage; experience with exports and logistics desirable but not essential.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Maintaining strong customer relationships whilst maintaining the organisations core Values
Liaising with internal departments including Operations as well as both external partners and haulage providers to ensure that deliveries are made according to customers’ requirements.
Esure regulatory compliance relating to HMRC Customs & Excise procedures.
Manage your own client base to provide high levels of customer service
Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager and Sales Managers as required.
4. Identify and communicate opportunities for the improvement of our service to customers.
5. Provide cover as required for similar administrative functions within the company and undertake any other appropriate duties as requested.
6. Actively support and suggest sustainable goals linked to the role, including environment, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Person Specification:
*Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience within an office environment.
*Experience within the Manufacturing industry
*Excellent customer service.
*Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling.
*Strong IT skills (competent with MS Office)
*Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
