The Company
Our client is a small, busy accident claims handling team based in the wider Bristol area. They value enthusiasm and a proactive approach, and work closely with a range of insurers, clients, and third parties to support the efficient handling of claims.
The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Claims Administrator to join their team. In this role you will accurately process claims, ensure timely and accurate documentation, and work closely with insurance providers, clients, and third parties throughout the claims process.
*Process claims by reviewing and verifying information.
*Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim documentation.
*Enter claim data into the system accurately and efficiently.
*Communicate with insurers, clients, and third parties to obtain missing information or clarify details.
*Maintain organised records of claims and related documents.
*Follow company policies and procedures for claims processing.
The Person
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual with strong communication skills, who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
*Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Proficient in data entry with confident computer skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
The Salary
£25 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience).
The Hours
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm with a one-hour lunch break.
The Location
Hambrook, Bristol – office based. Access to your own transport is advantageous due to limited public transport links.
