The Role
We are seeking a confident and organised Property Manager to oversee a residential lettings portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on inspections and day-to-day portfolio management rather than tenancy agreement drafting.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across the portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
The successful Property Manager will be offered:
*Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
*Opportunity to earn commission following successful completion of probation
*5 Day working week
*Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
*Supportive and collaborative team environment
As a Property Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
*Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
*Conducting property inspections
*Overseeing check-ins and check-outs
*Managing inventories
*Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
*Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Ensuring compliance with current property legislation
*Keeping accurate records using CRM systems such as Alto (or similar)
To be considered for the Property Manager role, you must have:
*Proven experience in property management within the lettings industry (essential)
*ARLA qualified or possess a strong working knowledge of current lettings legislation
*Professional, personable and confident communicator
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable conducting regular on-site inspections
*Good local knowledge and ideally located close to the office
*A team player who will fit well within a small, close-knit team
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
