Demand Planner – UK & IrelandLocation: Hampshire Head Office
Reporting to: Demand Planning Manager
A leading consumer goods business is seeking an analytical and commercially focused Demand Planner to support forecasting across the UK & Ireland business.
This is a newly created role, introduced as part of a transformational change programme within the supply chain function. It offers a unique opportunity to help shape and modernise demand planning processes while driving measurable business improvement.
Key Responsibilities*Build and manage an accurate 12-month rolling forecast using data, trends, and promotional insight
*Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and performance
*Provide demand inputs to Supply Planning to support inventory and service targets
*Develop NPD forecasts and manage product lifecycle changes
*Use the ERP system to analyse performance and maintain data integrity
*Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
*Participate in monthly demand review meetings
About You*Proven S&OP experience
*Strong analytical and statistical forecasting skills
*Advanced Excel and planning systems knowledge
*Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive
*Strong understanding of inventory management principles
