Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious main dealer in Salisbury, is currently looking to hire a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their Service Department. Duties:
*Conduct fault diagnosis, services, and repairs to vehicle systems according to manufacturer standards
*Ensure vehicles meet safety, reliability, and performance criteria
*Accurately report vehicle condition, faults, and safety concerns to the Service Manager
*Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with all manufacturer procedures
*Work collaboratively within a friendly workshop team to achieve departmental goals
*Adhere to health and safety guidelines and automotive industry regulations
Requirements:
*Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
*Ideally 1-2 years’ post-qualification experience within a franchise-approved dealership (preferred but not essential)
*Hold a clean UK driving licence with minimal points
*Demonstrate a high level of workmanship within a demanding dealership environment
*Be motivated, committed, and a team player
*Ability to meet targets and work efficiently under pressure
