The Role As a Senior Town Planner, you will take a leading role in managing a varied portfolio of planning projects from initial feasibility through to submission and determination.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals

* Undertaking site appraisals and planning policy assessments

* Drafting planning statements and supporting documentation

* Managing project timelines and coordinating consultants

* Liaising with Local Planning Authorities and key stakeholders

* Supporting junior members of the team where required

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate Requirements * MRTPI qualified (or working towards Chartership)

* Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline

* Demonstrable experience within either the private or public sector

* Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and development management

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage projects independently
