Job Description:
A rare opportunity has arisen to join a commercial business who require an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team. This is a high volume processing role that requires meticulous attention to detail. Managing your own supplier accounts you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment with an adaptable approach to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
*Matching invoices to purchase orders
*Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Ensuring that invoices are authorised for payment
*Resolving any invoice/payment queries
*Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
About You:
*Confident and proven purchase ledger expertise
*Enjoy query resolution – building effective relationships with suppliers and all areas of the business
*Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
*Strong communication and organisational skills
This role would suit a seasoned Purchase Ledger Clerk who enjoys this area of Finance.
