What will you do?
*Run your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury claims including RTA, EL & PL matters
*Take initial instructions
*Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
*Liaise with experts, counsel & clients – developing relationships along the way
*Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
*Instruct and brief counsel
*Diarise & comply with court timetables
What will you need?
*To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
*5+ years’ experience
*Practising Rights
*To have handled Intermediate & Multi-Track personal injury cases
*To be familiar handling a Fixed Fee caseload
*EL/PL experience
*Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
*Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal would be useful
