As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the business, building relationships with Landlords and clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless process. You’ll be working with a team that values integrity, professionalism, and local expertise.
To be successful as the Lettings Negotiator, you will be proactive, target-driven, and a clear communicator.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
*Liaising with both Landlords and clients and identifying their requirements.
*Booking and accompanying property viewings and providing feedback.
*Negotiating on offers.
*Building strong relationships with both landlords and clients.
*Providing and delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
You will be rewarded with the following:
*£17,000 base salary
*£ 4,250 car allowance
*First year expected £50,000 - £55,000 OTE
Required Skills:
*A driving licence is a must.
*Be hungry and driven to succeed.
*Be personable, honest, and able to communicate at all levels, whilst working to targets and deadlines to maximise business opportunities.
*Have strong relationship-building skills.
