Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organisational ability, and a customer-focused mindset.


Key Responsibilities
Customer Service*Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner
*Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
*Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
*Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
*Provide product or service information to customers
Sales Support*Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
*Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up
*Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics, operations) to ensure order fulfilment
*Track sales activities and update CRM systems
*Prepare regular sales reports and performance summaries
Administration*Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
*Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for the sales team
*Monitor and manage inboxes and correspondence
*Support stock control and inventory tracking (if applicable)
*Assist with general office administration tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications*Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Experience with CRM systems preferred
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
