A well established and highly successful engineering company based in Medway Towns is looking to recruit a Factory Labourer initially on a temporary basis. This is a practical role with training provided.There may be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate after short qualifying period.
You will be working Monday to Thursday, 06:00 to 16:30, 40 hours per week, £12.86 per hour.
Overtime is also available at an enhanced rate.
Duties Include *Preparing materials and moulds for casting
*Pouring molten aluminium into ceramic moulds
*Moving moulds through the casting process
*Cleaning moulds after casting
*Manual handling
*Completing basic production records via touch screen systems
Ideal Candidate *Manufacturing or production experience preferred (not essential)
*Physically fit as lifting will be involved and comfortable with manual work
*Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
*Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
*Willing to learn new skills
