Job Description:
Join a leading tourism venue dedicated to showcasing the finest products from the UK and abroad. My client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help expand their visitor base and enhance brand presence across various digital and traditional platforms.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Build and grow visitor audiences for our sites and host external guests.
*Manage and update tourism-related content across websites, social media, booking systems, email communications, and paid search campaigns.
*Maintain consistent and engaging branding across print and digital assets.
*Support high-profile internal events with impactful marketing campaigns.
*Allocate resources effectively for events and visitor experiences.
*Host tastings and talks to strengthen brand familiarity and promote organizational goals.
*Track, analyse, and optimise marketing performance to increase footfall and maximise ROI.
*Conduct market research, monitor trends, and analyse competitors and audience insights to inform strategy.
*Collaborate with marketing and tourism teams to ensure seamless campaigns and align with business objectives.
*Manage PR, social, and creative agencies to ensure all output is on-brand, relevant, and delivers content that resonates with our target consumers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven marketing experience in building footfall.
*Exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
*Proficiency in managing social media platforms, websites, and digital tools.
*Strong verbal and excellent proofreading skills in supporting the brand.
*Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
*Ability to problem solve and pre-empt the needs of a campaign’s success.
*Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response.
*High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
*Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes.
Desirable:
*Experience ideally within tourism, hospitality, or events.
*Experience with booking systems, search engine optimisation, and digital advertisement.
