Noriker Power is a leading battery storage technology integrator. We specialise in flexible power solutions that stabilise the UK and Ireland’s renewable grid. With over 350MW of advanced battery and hybrid facilities currently under management, and a further 400MW entering construction, we are shaping the future of a sustainable, net-zero grid.
After 2 successful graduate programmes, we are pleased to announce our 3rd graduate program. Joining us means working alongside world-class experts on tangible, high-impact projects from Day 1.
Four Rotations Program:
Our 12-month program is designed to give you variety opportunities to discover your career goal and to deliver tangible value in four 3-month rotations within and across the following teams:
Project Engineering: System design, project design, engineering, and CAD modelling.
Project Management: Project origination, project development, business development, and project delivery.
IT & Asset Optimisation: Software development and data analysis for asset optimisation.
Specialist Choice: A final 3-month rotation in the department of your choice to solidify your career path.
We are looking for determined problem-solvers who thrive on "vigorous positive energy." We value Competency, Commitment, and Character.
Requirements:
• Education: A STEM degree (Engineering, Physics, Maths, or Computer Science).
• Passion: A genuine interest in renewable energy and keen on engineering.
• Attributes: Self-disciplined, committed, intellectually curious and studious learner driven by a hunger for knowledge.
• Eligibility: Must have a permanent right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship).
Application Timeline
• 14th March: Application Deadline.
• 15th – 31st March: First-stage Video Interviews.
• Mid-April: Assessment Day. (Details provided upon invitation).
• April-May: Offers sent and accepted.
• September 2026: Scheme Starts.
