Job Description:
DarcyBrook is recruiting for a Demand Planning Team Lead for a multinational organisation based in Kent. Are you currently a manager or looking to step into a supervisory role ? This might be the perfect position for you.

Experience required :
*Exceptional proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
*Hands-on experience with ERP and dedicated Demand Planning software.
*Extensive background in demand and supply planning, specifically navigating the nuances of intricate, multi-tier supply chains.
*Demonstrated success in identifying supply chain trends and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency.
*Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
*A resourceful mindset with a natural curiosity for investigating new scenarios and exploring innovative solutions.
