Managing client relationships at senior level and providing trusted, commercial advice
Overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring junior colleagues
Driving business development and contributing to the growth of the restructuring practice
Delivering innovative solutions across creditor and company-side advisory
The candidate
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong UK restructuring experience
Previous professional services experience within a restructuring team is essential
Experience across both creditor and company-side restructuring is highly desirable
Strong leadership and commercial skills, with a track record of managing complex mandates
Confident in business development and building client relationships
The opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier restructuring team with a proven track record of developing internal Partners. You will work on varied, high-profile assignments while enjoying a supportive environment that values progression. The role offers comprehensive benefits, strong performance-based bonuses, and the chance to influence and shape the practice.
For candidates looking to take ownership, make an impact, and continue building a high-profile career in UK restructuring, this role provides an exceptional platform.
