?? The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
? Support pupils with communication and interaction needs, including autism and speech & language difficulties
? Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning strategies
? Provide consistent emotional and behavioral support
? Help students develop social skills and confidence
? Encourage engagement through structured and creative activities
