The Role We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage high-volume payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent service.
EMEA Experience? Fantastic. If you have experience processing EMEA payroll, that’s a strong advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing *Managing high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing
*Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
*Reconciling payroll reports and resolving discrepancies
*Supporting audits and maintaining accurate payroll records
*Partnering with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations
What We’re Looking For *Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Solid knowledge of payroll systems and Excel
*EMEA payroll knowledge (desirable, not essential)
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
