Job Description:
PMO Coordinator - Solar & BESS
We are looking for a PMO Coordinator to provide essential support across a multi-project portfolio. The role focuses on project and team administration, financial processing, reporting, data management, governance, and supporting team engagement initiatives. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the effective delivery of the wider portfolio.
Responsibilities:
*Maintain project documentation, trackers, and SharePoint sites, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
*Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and support follow-up.
*Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and accruals in line with internal policies.
*Support budget monitoring and provide basic financial updates to project managers.
*Compile and distribute portfolio-level reports, ensuring timely and accurate data.
*Support the maintenance of dashboards and trackers for project performance.
*Ensure adherence to internal processes and support audit readiness.
*Coordinate team wellbeing surveys and collate feedback for management.
*Organise team events and engagement initiatives to support collaboration and morale.
*Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
*Previous experience in project administration, PMO support, or a similar coordination role.
*Familiarity with financial processes such as invoices, purchase orders, and accruals; SAP experience is desirable.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
*Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
