Senior Calculations Analyst – DB/DC – Hybrid or Remote

£45,000 - £55,000 + package
A Pensions Consultancy firm who are continuing to grow and develop are looking to recruit an experienced pensions calculations analyst. Leading a team you will help develop calculations and processes across the business, managing multiple projects and requirements.
Specifics of the role include –
*Develop the processes and methodology for calculation development. Manage testing, implementation into working practices and review of effectiveness and impact on business areas.
*Take on detailed analysis of new and existing calculations, scheme rules and legislation to build and test calculations.
*Work closely with developers, analysts and project teams collaborating and communicating to ensure strong outcomes.
*Work with the product development team, supporting them with new developments and new business proposals.
*Work closely with clients and business areas to interpret clients needs, carry out analysis and reporting to enable recommendations for effective calculations automation and simplification.
*Constantly upgrade your knowledge to subject matter expert, then providing training and guidance to team members and business areas.
*Conduct root causes analysis on errors, evaluating for improvements.


This role requires candidates to have a strong understanding of complex pensions information, scheme rules and calculations development. This is a key person role and will require someone who is happy working with multiple parts of the business providing knowledge, guidance and expertise as required.
The role can be offered on an office / hybrid or fully remote basis
