The Role
*Managing a fast-paced production schedule, as Apparel Operations Lead you will be ensuring all products move through each stage on time and meet consistently high standards.
*Taking day-to-day management responsibility for coordinating people, workloads, priorities, and workflow across the production area.
*Acting as the central link between departments — production, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and quality — making sure communication is clear and everyone stays aligned.
*Working closely with team leaders and supervisors to plan resources, address challenges, and support smooth, efficient operations.
*Monitoring progress throughout each shift, identifying bottlenecks or delays, and stepping in decisively to keep production on track.
*Ensuring the right materials and components are available by partnering with supply chain, inventory, and logistics teams.
*Managing and updating MRP/ERP data daily to maintain accurate schedules, reporting, and forward planning.
*Driving high standards in process control, ensuring procedures are followed while contributing to continuous-improvement activities.
*Demonstrating confident leadership and effective management, acting as a trusted role model who upholds integrity, professionalism, and positive behaviour across the team.

The Skills
*Apparel Operations Lead with a proven background in production planning or scheduling within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
*Confident using MRP/ERP systems to maintain accurate schedules and production data.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make informed decisions.
*Effective collaborator, able to work seamlessly with production, procurement, logistics, and wider teams.
*Natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and resolves issues quickly.
*A confident leader who positively influences others and sets a high standard of professionalism.
*Someone who demonstrates unwavering integrity, ownership, and role-model behaviour.
*Experience contributing to process or efficiency improvements, ideally with Lean or Six Sigma exposure.
